Trip to London

Thursday and Friday was a trip to London, to see the set up at ETC and visit the growing number of prospects for Creative in the capital. Direct Mobile Phones are to be next on the Creative hit list, after we have competed work on the Link Telecom corporate site a development from the existing Link Telecom online offering.

We also met up again with Meerkats Security to develop our relationship and pull together some more work. Our main prospect though, The Baggery was a good initial meeting and looks like potentially a big project. We are to draw together our initial ideas and provide some feedback in the next week or so.

Big changes at Antler...

After the launch of the Antler website, built by Creative in April 2007, our ongoing work with the UK's leading Luggage label continued with a major update, to coincide with the new 2008 Collection. The index page was changed, with emphasis on the brand. Antler went for a Flash based look and feel, with a stylish, subtle approach. We are to monitor closely the effect this switch will have on the traffic, but overall sales of suitcases and travel cases have increased 4 fold since our involvement.

Purpose built...

After spending 10 years being quite nomadic, the studio put down roots in East Morton. A client of ours Nasaleze converted a chapel hall in disrepair, Bethel Hall. Their Hayfever Treatment product, for which Bethel Hall is the logistics operation, only occupied the ground floor, so we jumped at the chance to take the top floor, with exposed beams and skylight windows, perfect for a design studio.

Creative blog gets going...

After over 10 years building visually appealing websites for companies such as Antler Luggage and Link Telecom, Creative and Marketing finally goes back to basics with a blog. We aim to use the site as a posting for the studio and it's occupants. Ideas, concepts, work and photography, we aim to upload new postings as regular as possible, if nothing else, a channel to point people to out main website.
